Laboratory Calibration Type Mini Sort-80

The high-performance calibration system type MINISORT- 80 is used to calibrate precursor seed and new growth samples. All sieve hole sizes can be used which are also used elsewhere. With the plant MINI-SORT 80, it is possible to divide a seed sample into up to 13 different calibration sizes in a single pass. The machine is based on the laboratory Cleaner Type MINI 80. The exchangeables sieves of the Mini 80 are also suitable for the calibration system, thus existing sieve sizes can be used.

Steel construction with a 4-part screen mechanism, each screen mechanism is equipped with 3 sieve layers,
the cleaning of the screens is performed with controllable electric beaters. The drive of the Siebwerkes carried KW AC motor with a continuously adjustable 2,2 and thus the resonant frequency can be adjusted to suit the product. As a power supply a vibration channel is used.

All-steel construction with 4-part screening, each screening unit is equipped with 3 screen layers, the cleaning of the sieves is done with adjustable electric beaters. The drive of the screen is done with a continuously variable 2.2 kW three-phase motor and thus the oscillation frequency can be optimally adapted to the product. As a power supply, a vibrating chute is used.
