The laboratory seed cleaning MINI 80 works on the same tried and tested principle. Although designed as a laboratory machine, it meets all the requirements and functions that are required of a modern seed cleaning machine today. The built-in fan provides large volumes of air for the suction of the vertical main sifter. Clearly arranged sieves allow easy and quick screen changes. The sieve is kept free by means of an automatic knocking device. The advantageous mode of operation and compact design of the machine is underlined by the arrangement of the attached trieurs. As with the screen change, also an extremely easy and quick change of the sorter cylinders are guaranteed. Therefore, a simple and quick changeover is possible with grade changes. All sorting processes can be clearly observed while the machine is running and, if necessary, easily and quickly corrected. The product is emptied automatically within a short time. In the modular system, individual elements such as the stripper, the sorter, the sorting cylinder or the worktable can be retrofitted at any time. The worktable has a sieve rack for receiving the exchangeable sieves. The sorting result corresponds to the result achieved in practice with a high-performance seed machine. The MINI 80 is therefore the ideal device for laboratory use, can be used in institutes, in seed breeding farms and in the experimental area.
